易混淆單字:Review 和 Revise
review 和 revise有一個完全相通的意思—「複習」，在標準美式英文會用review，標準英式則會用revise。
大多學習美式英文的台灣人在學習review 和 revise的常用用法時混淆的機會不是很大，但如果讀到使用英式英文撰寫的文章，在用到這個單字時，就有可能會碰到讓你感到困惑的情況。

Review
review 意思是審查、評論、複習、閱兵，名詞形與動詞形相同。

Revise
revise 意思是修改、複習(+for，可省)。名詞形為revision。
例句：
- The newspaper editor revised the article three times to avoid conflict with the politicians. 報紙編輯對文章進行了三次修改，以避免與政治人物發生衝突。
- You need to revise the book because it was erroneous. 你需要修改這本書，因為它有錯誤的內容。
- Because of the pandemic, teachers revised their teaching methods. 因為疫情，老師們調整（修改）了他們的教學方法。
